Main responsibility
* Register and track all tenders/RFQs and submission deadlines.
* Coordinate with Estimation, Sales, Design, and Management for tender documents.
* Prepare and submit complete technical/commercial tender packages.
* Follow up submitted tenders, clarifications, and revisions.
* Receive approved material purchase requests.
* Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
* Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
* Prepare POs after management approval.
* Follow up suppliers until complete material delivery.
* Coordinate with Store, Projects, Maintenance, and Accounts.
* Maintain updated tender, purchasing, supplier, and pending-delivery records.
* Report immediately any tender deadline or material delivery risk.
Preferred male have driver license
