Tender engineer /QS Jobs in Dubai at Elmar Marinas LLC
The Junior Tender Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS) will support the tendering process by assisting in preparing and managing tender documentation, cost estimation, and ensuring that all technical and financial aspects are aligned with the requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and material specifications.
Collaborate with the senior tender team to analyze project requirements and ensure that bids are competitive.
Perform quantity surveying and cost analysis for both materials and labor.
Conduct site visits (if necessary) to gather information and assess project scope.
Prepare and maintain tender trackers and related documentation.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotes and clarify technical queries.
Evaluate contract terms and conditions and assist in compiling risk assessments.
Provide support to the senior tender team in preparing technical proposals.
Assist in the preparation of budget estimates, project schedules, and cost control documents.
Support in managing project documentation and records throughout the bidding process.
Participate in project handover and assist the project management team once tenders are awarded.
Requirements:
A degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
candidates with 1-2 years of experience in tendering or quantity surveying.
Strong understanding of cost estimation, material take-offs, and project scope.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with relevant estimating software is a plus.

Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
