We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tenant Relations & Customer Service Officer to serve as the primary bridge between mall management and our retail partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, high tenant retention, and top-tier customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for mall tenants regarding daily operational requests, fit-out inquiries, and lease compliance.
  • Manage the tenant onboarding and exit processes, ensuring all corporate documentation, trade licenses, and insurance policies are updated and compliant.
  • Conduct regular tenant satisfaction surveys and systematically resolve operational friction points or disputes.
  • Oversee the mall’s front-of-house customer service desk, managing information desks, visitor complaints, and guest relations protocols.
  • Help the finance team in the collection process.
