We are seeking an experienced Product Development & Market Structure Consultant for a 3-month assignment to provide interim support on strategic capital markets initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on the design, structuring, and launch of investment products including ETFs, REITs, funds, bonds, sukuk, and other listed products.
- Support market structure and liquidity enhancement initiatives, including market-making frameworks and investor access measures.
- Provide technical expertise on product structuring, market infrastructure, and product implementation.
- Coordinate with market participants, asset managers, investment banks, and regulators to support product development initiatives.
- Assist with business cases, feasibility assessments, and execution planning for new market initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in capital markets product development, exchange-traded products, asset management, investment banking, or financial market infrastructure.
- Strong experience with ETFs, REITs, fixed income products, funds, derivatives, or related investment products.
- Knowledge of market structure, liquidity enhancement, and trading ecosystem development is highly desirable.
- GCC capital markets experience strongly preferred.
- Immediate availability preferred.
