Role Summary:
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Temenos Expert with strong experience in Temenos T24/Transact and banking domain knowledge. The role involves translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions, configuring Temenos modules, supporting integrations, managing testing, resolving testing issues, and supporting data migration and reconciliation, cutover. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Temenos architecture, banking processes, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery governance in financial services environments.
Job Description:
- Translate business requirements into techno-functional solution designs aligned with system capabilities and architecture standards.
- Configure and support Temenos products such as T24 / Transact, Infinity, Payments, Wealth, or other relevant Temenos modules.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and Temenos product functionality.
- Support and guide technical teams on Temenos data models, APIs, interfaces, and customization requirements.
- Design and review integration specifications between Temenos and surrounding systems.
Experience & Skills:
- 15+ years of experience working with Temenos core banking solutions, preferably Temenos T24 / Transact.
- Proven experience in a techno-functional role within banking or financial services.
- Good understanding of banking products and processes such as: Customer onboarding, Accounts and deposits, Islamic Finance, Limits and collaterals, Payments, Trade finance, Treasury, etc.
- Experience with Temenos configuration, parameterization, GL and product setup.
- Understanding of Temenos architecture, interfaces, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Temenos technical components/tools such as TAFJ/TAFC, jBASE, InfoBasic, APIs, OFS, IRIS, or integration frameworks, depending on environment.
