Position: Teller-ITM (QATARI NATIONALS ONLY)
Role Objective
The incumbent will be responsible for processing financial transactions of DB customers through the ITM (Interactive Teller Machine). They will deliver banking services and perform related operations, including but not limited to processing cash and cheque transactions, customer deposits, savings account transactions, remittances, loan transactions, account inquiries, resolution of concerns, and daily balancing, all in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Education
Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Banking and Finance, or Sales and Marketing from a recognized university.
Master’s degree in Management or a related discipline.
Experience
5-8 years of total experience in the financial services or banking industry, with responsibilities related to the specific area of discipline.
Prior experience in cash handling, ITM operations, and customer service.
