Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.

Oversee daily call center operations, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.

Monitor sales calls, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company guidelines.

Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and data-driven insights for management.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 5–8 years in telesales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (real estate experience preferred).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Experience with CRM systems and telesales tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
