Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Telesales Specialist will focus on generating leads, conducting sales calls, and following up with prospective clients to promote Shwra's legal-tech solutions and services. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and identifying and converting opportunities into successful sales. The role requires collaboration with team members, ongoing learning, and participation in training to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with an ability to address client needs effectively
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills, including the ability to engage clients and close deals
- Willingness to participate in Training sessions to continuously enhance sales knowledge
- Proficiency in understanding client requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly beneficial
- Previous experience in the sales or legal service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
