Telesales Representative – UAE National Jobs in Sharjah at Al Marwan General Contracting Company
We are seeking an experienced Calibration Manager to join our team. The Calibration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the calibration of all instruments and equipment used in our facility and ensure accurate and reliable results. The calibration manger will do the eiac audit (ISO/IEC 17025:2017), maintain the eiac scope and go for extension of scope. He will be responsible for ILC, PT, internal audit etc. The Calibration Manager will also manage a team of technicians and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all instruments are calibrated on time and in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the calibration process for all instruments and equipment used in our facilities.
· Attend the eiac audit (ISO/IEC 17025:2017).
· Maintain and go for extension of eiac scope.
· Responsible for ILC, PT, Internal audit ..etc.
· Ensure that all clients instruments are calibrated on time and in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
· Manage a team of calibration technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.
· Work with other departments to ensure that all instruments are calibrated before use
· Develop and implement procedures for the calibration process
· Maintain records of all calibration activities and ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
· Identify and resolve any calibration-related issues faced by clients.
· Stay up to date with changes in calibration standards and regulations
· Manage the department calibration budget.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering) or equivalent work experience
· 5+ years of experience in calibration management or a related field
· Strong knowledge of calibration standards and regulations
· Experience managing a team of calibration technicians
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
