What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and communicate with clients via phone & WhatsApp
- Explain immigration, work permit, and residency services clearly
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Schedule consultations with qualified clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Hindi speaking and writing skills – required
- Good English communication is an advantage
- Telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or call-center experience is preferred
- Freshers are welcome – full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Female candidates are preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 3,000 onwards
- Attractive commission & incentive structure
- Performance incentives up to AED 4,000
