Job Title Senior Recruiter & Trainer for MNA Properties We are seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to
join our team
on a full-time, permanent basis at our office in the Greens.
Key Responsibilities:
To engage with existing and potential customers through phone calls, persuading them to purchase Real Estate projects.
To collect and record customer feedback accurately.
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with company services.
Utilizing sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and handle customer objections.
Developing comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate projects to provide informed recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
Maintaining high productivity levels by consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets in terms of call volume and sales.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven background in telesales, sales, or customer service within relevant industries.
Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
to explain complex financial products clearly.
Sales Abilities:
Strong ability to identify opportunities and build rapport with customers.
Negotiation
Skills:
Skilled in handling customer objections and negotiating effectively for new business.
Product Knowledge
:
Basic understanding of stock markets and investment principles.
Technical Proficiency
:
Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools for lead tracking.
This is a full-time, office-based role with regular working hours from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and one Saturday per month from 10am to 4pm.
Eligibility for this role requires prior experience as a Telesales Executive within Real Estate.
