ES Premier Uniforms & Sportswear is looking for a confident, organized, and results-driven Telesales & Lead Generation Executive to support the company’s B2B sales growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified business leads, making outbound calls, introducing the company’s products and services, following up on enquiries and quotations, and arranging meetings for the outdoor sales team.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, or B2B sales support. Experience in uniforms, garments, promotional products, building materials, corporate services, or another B2B sector will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential B2B customers through online research, Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories, social media, company databases, and other reliable sources.
- Generate leads from companies, schools, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, clinics, construction companies, sports academies, event companies, retailers, and other organizations.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce ES Premier’s uniforms, sportswear, workwear, embroidery, printing, and customization services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify whether they need corporate uniforms, hospitality uniforms, sportswear, school uniforms, healthcare uniforms, workwear, promotional clothing, or customized apparel.
Qualify leads based on company type, requirement, quantity, timeline, location, and decision-making authority.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, or sales coordination.
- Previous UAE experience is preferred.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Candidates holding a spouse-sponsored UAE residence visa will be preferred.
- Strong spoken English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Malayalam, or other commonly spoken UAE languages will be an advantage.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
