Dalamo Tours and Travels is looking for a motivated and energetic Female Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. She will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
Visa Requirement
- Must be on Own Visa or Husband Visa.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell the company’s travel services.
- Generate sales for:
- Flight Tickets
- UAE Visit Visas
- Visa Extensions / Change Visa Services
- Tour Packages
- Travel Insurance
- Other travel-related services
- Follow up with customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or travel sales is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam .
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and WhatsApp Business).
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
