Key Responsibilities:
* Call existing and new customers to promote digital gold products.
* Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
* Meet customers directly to explain products and build long-term relationships.
* Maintain regular contact with customers to improve retention and repeat business.
* Handle customer queries and provide product information.
* Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Track leads and ensure timely follow-up.
* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer service.
* Achieve monthly sales and customer retention targets.
* Prepare simple daily and monthly activity reports.
Requirements:
- Speaks English, Malayalam, Hindi
- Knowledge in CRM systems
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in telecalling
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
