Responsibilities:
Working in collaboration with our peers, marketing, account managers and leaders.
Understand customer pain points, gather business requirements and arrange meeting with our sales team.
Understand existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing and update their knowledge about new services by demonstrating that they can learn and be curious.
Achieve monthly qualification goals and share them verbally and in written format.
Update and maintain customer information to include detailed call notes that illustrate a firm understanding of the opportunity with clearly-defined next steps.
Conduct research to stay informed, learn about existing markets and grow knowledge about new ones.
