Customer Success Manager
Location: Middle East
Contract: Fixed-term contract (until the end of the year, with potential renewal)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to provide a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key customers.
Understand customers’ business requirements and align them with our products and services.
Regularly analyze and present customer performance reports.
Advocate for customer needs and collaborate with product teams to enhance product functionality.
Participate in client meetings (on-site or virtual) as required.
Work closely with internal engineering teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Handle customer escalations and urgent issues, which may require short-term travel within the region.
Support internal teams in improving product usability and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with senior-level stakeholders.
Fluency in English and native language (additional language skills, such as Chinese, are a plus).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in handling client escalations and problem-solving under pressure.

Salary Structure: Competitive base salary + performance incentives (to be discussed with the selected candidate).
