The Telesales Executive is a

dynamic

and essential role focused on driving sales through direct

communication

with potential and existing customers via telephone. This position requires someone with excellent

communication

and persuasion skills to effectively engage with clients and promote products or services. The Telesales Executive will play a key role in achieving

sales targets

and expanding the company’s customer base by identifying needs and offering suitable solutions.

Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the Telesales Executive is expected to build strong relationships and nurture them to generate sales opportunities. This role suits a

individual who thrives in a competitive environment, is highly organized, and possesses a keen understanding of sales metrics and strategies.

Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers daily.

Identify potential clients through research and contact them proactively.

Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed set

sales targets

and performance goals consistently.

Develop a deep understanding of product features and benefits for effective

promotion

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve their issues efficiently.

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure

customer satisfaction

and foster repeat business.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying trends to management.

Keep

up-to-date

with market trends and competitor offerings regularly.

Present features and benefits of products or services to customers convincingly.

Train new telesales staff and participate in

team-building activities

as needed.

Requirements Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is required.

Excellent

communication skills

with the ability to persuade effectively.

Strong organizational skills with

attention to detail

and accuracy.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient under pressure.

Demonstrated ability to meet

sales targets

and drive business growth.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business is an advantage.
