Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Document Controller with 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Key responsibilities include:
Managing the flow of documents, including drawings, contracts, and technical submittals.
Ensuring all MEP documents are properly filed, updated, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
Maintaining document control systems and databases for easy retrieval and tracking.
Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
Ensuring compliance with company and project documentation standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably in MEP fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and documentation processes.
Proficiency in document control software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar).
Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
