The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive professional, efficient, and friendly assistance with their tax-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist clients with understanding our tax advisory services.
Provide basic guidance on tax-related processes (no advisory required).
Liaise with our internal tax consultants to ensure seamless client communication and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests using our market leading CRM and bespoke software.
Handle client complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or professional services environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
Knowledge of tax or finance is an advantage but not essential (training will be provided).
