We are looking for an energetic and passionate Fitness Trainer to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop personalized workout plans based on fitness goals and abilities.
Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques.
Monitor progress and adjust training programs as needed.
Offer nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching to enhance overall wellness.
Motivate and inspire to achieve fitness goals.
Requirements:
Certified Fitness Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or Personal Trainer.
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and training techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, motivating, and passionate about health and fitness.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience fitness instruction or specialized fitness programs (e.g., HIIT, yoga, Pilates).
