Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a skilled Designer & CNC Machine Operator with a strong background in CNC machining and design software to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in operating various CNC machines and using design software like Fusion 360, VCarve Pro, Mach3/Mach4, and Mastercam. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to creative and technical projects with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and designs according to specifications.
Create, edit, and optimize designs using Fusion 360, VCarve Pro, Mach3/Mach4, and Mastercam.
Ensure accurate setup, calibration, and maintenance of CNC equipment to meet project requirements.
Collaborate closely with the design team to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring precision and quality.
Troubleshoot CNC machinery and software-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Review and verify final designs and outputs before production.
Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and client requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Designer & CNC Machine Operator in a professional setting.
Proficiency in Fusion 360, VCarve Pro, Mach3/Mach4, and Mastercam.
Hands-on experience with various CNC machines and related equipment.
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design accuracy and precision.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
