Wanted Certified Structured Cabling Technician with minimum 2-5 years of experience in Cable laying, labelling, testing, tracing, termination. Proficiency in Copper & Fiber Cabling a must. Preferred candidates will be Male, able to speak English, and with UAE work experience .
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Installation of CAT 6 & Fiber Cabling Systems
- Coaxial cable installation and termination
- Tracing, Testing, Termination & Labelling of CAT 6, Fiber Optic and Data cabling
- Perform site surveys and prepare BoQ for Copper & Fiber cabling requirements
- Perform Fluke Testing
- Civil & carpentry works for cabling, such as, digging, trenching, erection of poles, fixing of pipes and conduits, ceiling cutting/closing, etc.
- Daily reporting, preparation of site survey reports & installation reports
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering
- Structured cabling certification
- Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCad, must be able to study & prepare site drawings and schematics
- Fluent in verbal & written English
- Good communication skills for day-today interaction with clients, managers, suppliers and team members
