Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Telecallers tojoin our teamin Dubai. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, answering customer queries, and promoting sales. The ideal candidate should have excellentcommunication skills, apositive attitude, and astrong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Client RelationshipBuilding:
Connect with clients, investors, and homeowners to understand their needs and establish rapport.
Appointment Setting:
Arrange meetings to bring potential clients on board, with the goal of becoming their trusted real estate partner.
Property Listings:
Source property listings from homeowners and property owners to expand our portfolio.
Inventory Management:
Refresh property listings and maintainup-to-dateinventory records.
Documentation Support:
Assist clients with any required documentation, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
Qualifications:
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in real estate or acustomer-focusedrole is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to manage time effectively in afast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Experience:Fresh to 1 year
