Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to expand our presence in the UAE’s construction manpower supply sector.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in the construction industry, including contractors, developers, and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure manpower supply contracts.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular reports on progress and business development activities.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the construction sector.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns, to promote services.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Optimize the company’s online presence and utilize lead generation tools to attract potential clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
