Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining effective communication throughout the sales process. Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
- Answer inbound inquiries regarding real estate properties and services.
- Explain property features, pricing, and project details clearly and professionally.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement and generate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Professional attitude and positive customer-service mindset.
