I-GAMING EXPERT
We are looking for I-GAMING EXPERT in any form of online gambling, including virtual casinos, sports and esports betting, and live dealer games. The candidate should have deep understanding of gaming products, services, and market dynamics. The candidate will drive sales, develop strategies, mentor your team, and cultivate long-term relationships with clients to maximize revenue growth and ensure the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including gaming distributors, retailers, esports organizations, and direct-to-consumer clients.
2. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, quickly resolving any issues to foster customer loyalty.
3. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and promote subscriptions or additional services to existing clients.
4. Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
1. Monitor and track team sales performance using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy.
2. Generate and analyze regular reports on team performance, market trends, forecasts, and KPIs.
3. Identify areas for improvement based on performance data and proactively implement coaching or additional training as needed.
Required Experience:
Experience:
o 5+ years of leadership sales experience in the gaming industry.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in both B2B and B2C environments.
o Strong experience in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines, track performance, and report results.
Skills:
o Expertise in sales strategies, negotiations, and closing high-value deals in the gaming space.
o Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales talent.
o Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams, to align on goals and drive performance.
o In-depth knowledge of the gaming market, products, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
Education:
o A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent industry experience is acceptable.
