Provide guidance on proper safety measures, emergency procedures, and the use of personal protective equipment .
Monitor the progress of new trainees and offer ongoing support to reinforce proper techniques and safety practices.
Ensure new employees understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to equipment use and overall operational standards.
