Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SIRA Approved Technician with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in security systems, surveillance, and ELV systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems in accordance with SIRA standards. This role requires a thorough understanding of ELV systems, CCTV installations, access control systems, and other related security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and other ELV solutions.
Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and standards during installations and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair security system malfunctions and perform regular system maintenance checks.
Conduct site surveys to assess security risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver quality installations within specified timelines.
Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of installed systems.
Maintain proper documentation of installations, service requests, and maintenance activities.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during installations and system checks.
Stay updated on the latest SIRA guidelines and technological advancements in the security systems field.
Requirements:
SIRA certification is mandatory.
2 to 4 years of experience in security system installations and maintenance.
Strong understanding of CCTV, Access control systems, Intrusion detection systems, and other ELV technologies.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
Education:
Diploma or Technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
