Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years in tele sales or a similar role. Experience in the Label/Garment industry is a plus. The ideal candidate should be skilled in engaging customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and converting leads into sales. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred to effectively communicate with a broader customer base. This role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to new and existing customers, introduce products/services, and determine their needs to close sales.
Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to meet customer needs, leading to product purchases.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads, prospects, and customers to keep them engaged and move them through the sales pipeline.
Objection Handling: Professionally address customer objections and concerns, providing solutions that align with customer needs and company goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Experience in the Label/Garment industry is a plus, with knowledge of product offerings, trends, and customer requirements.
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred for effective communication with Arabic-speaking customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented, with a focus on sales results.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
