We are looking for Head of Dance to join a team in music and dance institute.
Job Responsibilities :
Conduct training for all teachers on current examination syllabi and ensure compliance
Ensure that all teachers understand all syllabi and that it is being taught accurately and entirely. Keep up-to-date with changes. Communicate all syllabi changes to the teachers and students.
Encourage teachers to encourage students to participate in international examinations and meet exam registrations and exam results targets.
Manage all the arrangements for mock and formal examinations like RAD.
Create the schedule, train teachers to be examiners, and participate as an examiner if required.
Communicate with international examination boards, supervise registration and exam procedures
Ensure all assessment forms are fully completed after each session, following the correct format and using the recommended syllabus. In addition, ensure that teachers are undertaking assessments to a high-quality standard using a variety of topics, techniques, and methods.
Develop and maintain schemes of learning within the examination board frameworks, working collaboratively with the teachers.
Oversee evaluations of students through the teachers, including reports to parents, records of achievements, and internal examinations. Provide advice to students and parents.
Qualifications :
Education/ Degree holder of Ballet with RAD certification preferred.
Should be able to converse in English fluently.
Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience within the same role.
