Tele Caller (Female) – Business Setup Company Jobs in Dubai at Fast Business Line
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and explain company/business setup services.
- Understand clients’ requirements and provide suitable information.
- Promote services such as Dubai Mainland, Free Zone and company formation.
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers.
- Schedule appointments for Business Setup Consultants/Sales Executives.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and customer information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, business setup or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good English communication; additional languages can be an advantage.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- UAE business setup experience would be preferred.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
