Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with 15+ years of experience in lending systems, including deep expertise in Fin One
. The role involves leading solution design, implementation, and support of enterprise lending platforms within UAE banking environments.
The candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, driving large-scale digital lending initiatives and ensuring compliance with regional regulatory standards.
- Configure loan products, interest calculations, repayment schedules, and workflows in Fin One
. - Experience in retail, SME, or corporate lending products.
- Support end-to-end lending lifecycle: origination, servicing, collections, and closure.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations, upgrades or migrations of Fin One.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in lending processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries for data extraction and troubleshooting.
- Perform system configurations and customizations within Fin One.
- Handle integrations with external systems (Core Banking, payment systems, credit bureaus).
- Support APIs, batch jobs, and interface processes.
- Review technical designs and ensure coding standards and performance benchmarks are met.
- Participate in Fin One implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
- Provide L2/L3 support for production issues.
- Manage change requests and system enhancements.
