JOB PURPOSE:
Execute the routine repair corrective maintenance activities, basic troubleshooting and rectification of rotating process equipment and systems to maintain their availability and reliability for plant operations. Works under supervision and in compliance with maintenance Standard Operating Procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Include the following. Other duties may be assigned)
Performs the activities, may include but not limited to:
Moderate level of confidentiality nature of the job and access to information which unauthorized disclosure could be expected to have a severe adverse effect on organizational operations, organizational assets, or individuals.
Performance measures include behaviors as well as results in the following areas:
Works to ensure reliability of plant processes and effectively manage safety, process, and environmental risks.
Meets development and training targets with a focus on OE, driving core competencies, and improving capabilities.
Works to maximize advantaged feedstock draw through increased reliability and capacity utilization while controlling costs and efficiently leveraging site resources.
Works to manage capital effectively and in a focused manner, capturing incremental opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The academic qualification a minimum of diploma degree or equivalent.
Must have prior experience as Millwright Technion
