Overview of the role
We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Technician – Heavy Duty Trucks to join our Commercial Vehicle Aftersales team in the UAE. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality service and repair of customer vehicles while maximizing productivity and workshop efficiency.
As part of the workshop team, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks to the highest standards, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and Aftersales revenue.
What you will do
- Carry out service and repair of heavy-duty trucks in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform assigned repairs within standard time while maintaining high quality of work
- Diagnose faults accurately and ensure first-time fix to minimize repeat repairs
- Proactively identify potential issues and recommend additional repair work where required
- Follow workshop procedures, safety standards, and job flow processes at all times
- Use check sheets, manuals, and diagnostic tools effectively during repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
- Ensure clear communication with supervisors on work progress and technical issues
