Job Details:
Position: Waitress (Russian-French Speaking)
Location: UAE
Salary: 5,000 AED + Tips
Duty Hours: 10 hours per shift (Flexible timing)
Transportation: Provided by the employer
Visa Requirement: Candidates must have a Freelance Visa
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fine-dining environment.
Greet and seat customers while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve meals and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and offer recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the dining area.
Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
Follow restaurant policies and safety regulations.
Assist in setting up tables, arranging tableware, and ensuring all dining essentials are prepared.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Russian and French to effectively communicate with guests.
Experience: Previous experience as a waitress in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant is required.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to enhance the guest experience.
Presentation: Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
