Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Field Technician to install, service, and maintain scent diffuser systems at client locations across the UAE. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license and be comfortable with fieldwork at hotels, malls, offices, and other Commercial Locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and Maintain scent diffuser machines at client sites
- Perform routine maintenance, fragrance refilling, and troubleshooting
- Maintain service logs, inventory usage, and maintenance reports
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for new installations and renewals
- Respond promptly to service calls, complaints, and emergency breakdowns
- Collect client feedback during service visits and report issues to management
- Maintain cleanliness and professional conduct at client premises
Requirements & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Field Technician or Service Technician
- Knowledge of basic electronics and equipment maintenance
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in scent diffuser systems, HVAC-connected machines, or aroma marketing
- Prior work exposure in hotels, Offices, malls, or commercial buildings
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules
