Technical Writer – Documentation Specialist The Technical Writer – Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining high-quality documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, product specifications, and training materials. This role requires strong research skills,

, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective documentation that supports both internal teams and end-users.
Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and update technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, and FAQs.Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and organize technical information.
Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all documentation.
Format and structure documents according to company standards and industry best practices.
Review and edit existing content for improvements and updates.
Work with graphic designers and developers to integrate visuals, diagrams, and multimedia elements into documentation.
Maintain document repositories and
version control
to track changes and updates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry documentation requirements.
Provide training and support to internal teams on documentation processes and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communications, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation development.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Confluence, or Mad Cap Flare.
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
with excellent

Ability to understand and document complex technical concepts for various audiences.
Experience working with engineers, developers, and product teams.
Familiarity with
