Summary:
The Job Holder is responsible to develop training courses and deliver the same to equip Trainees with maintenance engineering skills by complying with all regulatory and safety standards.
Functional
:
Policy, Processes, Procedures and Standards
Propose Policy, Processes, Procedures and Standards of the Function to improve the Functional effectiveness.
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
Operational
:
Course Development
Prepare lesson plans, training aids, written exercises, practical evaluation, and other related training material.
Prepare classroom and training materials.
Develop Technical Training courses in support of FLYNAS training requirements and for compliance with GACA/FAA/CAACI regulations and training standards.
Prepare Initial Training Needs Assessment for newly hired maintenance personnel.
Course Delivery
Implement the training program courses delivery as per aviation regulatory policies & procedures training and execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually.
Monitor the delivery of online training courses to ensure facilitating the trainees at all stages of the course.
Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
Quarterly monitoring and checking of Employees Training Records (hard copies vs online records).
Corrections and administrative systemproblem-solving.
Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
Generic Responsibilities
:
Mentor and motivate the Trainees to ensure that they have the required knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience in order to achieve the objectives.
Develop a positive relationship with all employees/Trainees to ensure that a smoothwork environmentis maintained.
Follow procedures of reporting on performance and other reports required from time to time to the Management.
Required Job Specifications
Academic Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in applied aerospace engineering.
Professional Experience – More than 06 years of overall experience in Aviation training.
Licenses and Certifications -GACAA&P Maintenance License.
Aircraft Maintenance Training.
Other Details:
Knowledge ofmoderntraining techniques and tools in technical subjects.
Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
Outstandingcommunication skillsand comfortable speaking to crowds.
Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset.
