Qualifications:
Technical/Engineering Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of training experience.
At least 5 years of industrial experience in the oil & gas industry.
Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred:
Competence-based assessment experience (e.g., NVQ).
A1 or V1 / D32 or D33 certification.
Middle East experience.
High proficiency in IT and presentation skills.
Certified Trainer or ‘Train the Trainer’ qualification.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain training programs, materials, assessments, and procedures.
Support recruitment and selection of training associates/assistants.
Ensure adequate and suitable equipment in workshops and laboratories.
Source redundant equipment for training purposes.
Create and implement written and performance assessments.
Deliver training sessions and presentations.
Evaluate trainee portfolios to meet External Verifier and Awarding Body standards.
Support trainee certification as NVQ Assessors.
Ensure program standards are maintained at the center and workplace (OJT).
Implement and maintain Quality Assurance systems and policies.
Manage teaching and assessment schedules.
Coach and train technicians as needed.
Prepare reports and suggest improvements for training programs.
