Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-level technical support to users across various platforms.
Support multiple operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and iOS.
Troubleshoot and resolve all network-related technical issues.
Collaborate in implementing network security measures and addressing cybersecurity incidents.
Manage, monitor, and update all computer network systems.
Perform regular maintenance and updates for operating systems and network infrastructure.
Ensure consistent compliance with the highest quality standards in all support tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical support roles.
