Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, technically skilled professionals to join our remote call center operations. Native-level fluency in Spanish (EU) is required. This role involves providing first-level support through inbound and outbound services, acting as the primary contact for customers seeking assistance with our products, services, or technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and manage incoming customer requests via phone

Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries and support

Provide quick, prioritized assistance to key customers

Manage call-back services and follow-up communications

Log and classify all customer interactions

Analyze call data and report on service activity and feedback

Monitor real-time call center operations

Maintain call history and resolution records

Support documentation and internal communication

Coordinate external communications with relevant institutions or partners

Ideal Profile & Requirements

Technical background with experience in electronics, machinery, or industrial sectors

Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office software

Strong communication skills, good phone etiquette, and discretion

Familiarity with formal business protocols

Fluent in English and native-level in Spanish (EU dialect)

Required Tools

Broadband wired internet connection

Hardware: at least 8GB RAM, 1920×1080 screen, wired USB headset

Operating System:
Windows 11 or later, Mac OSX 13 or later

Work Schedule

4-5 hours daily, with potential for full-time

Between 09:00 and 18:00 CEST, Monday to Friday
