Position: Technical Support Engineer [SAUDIS ONLY]

Type: Full-time

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to join our Technology Infrastructure team. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support across our retail stores and corporate offices, ensuring the availability and reliability of end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, POS systems, and IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support users, manage IT service requests, and contribute to maintaining a stable and efficient IT environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Administer Active Directory, including user account creation, modification, and access management.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Support retail technology, including POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and related hardware.
  • Manage incidents and service requests using the IT ticketing system.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 – 5 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking.
  • Experience using ITSM or ticketing systems.
  • Experience supporting POS systems and retail technology is an advantage.
  • Retail or multi-site support experience is preferred.
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Valid KSA driving license is required.
