Technical Support Engineer | Valves & Flow Control – HVAC & District Cooling
Belven DWC LLC is a leading European valve company serving the HVAC and District Cooling markets across the Middle East & Africa.
We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented engineer to provide technical support to our customers and distributors. This is primarily a technical support role combined with an add on Internal Sales Support. Occasional Project site visits would be part of the responsibility when technical assistance is required.
Key Responsibilities
- When required provide technical guidance to customers, consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Visit project sites only as required to assist with troubleshooting, inspections, or technical discussions.
- Support spare parts, warranty, quotations, and after-sales activities.
- Diagnose valve-related issues and recommend practical solutions in coordination with site personnel.
- Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to deliver excellent customer support.
- Internal sales support to the Sales and Marketing team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years’ experience in valves, HVAC, District Cooling, MEP, or related industries.
- Strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills.
- GCC experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
- Exposure to Testing, balancing and commissioning (HVAC) would be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region when required.

Pay: AED1,999.88 – AED8,700.15 per month
