The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers’ technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
Handle Customer Environment & Escalations
Experience in Server Infrastructure /VM Environment
Fortigate Firewall Experience
Administer to and maintain the web servers and their respective services.
Install Operating System releases and system upgrades for Windows/Linux servers
Experience in Virtual & Cloud Platforms
Basic Experience in Network & VoIP Domain
Conduct remote troubleshooting.
Record technical issues and solution in logs
Follow-up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
Provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.
Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems.
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware.
Qualifications
3-5years of technical support experience
Bachelors Degree Or B.Tech/BE in relevant field
Customer service oriented
Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills.
Windows Server technologies, Server Administration
Strong technical mindset, with the ability to pick up and understand new systems and technologies quickly
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
