Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Retail & Surveillance Systems)1. Networking (Infrastructure)

The candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of network infrastructure, as it serves as the backbone for all operational devices:

LAN vs. WAN: Proficiency in setting up Local Area Networks and interconnecting multiple branches.
IP Addressing: Advanced knowledge of Static IP and DHCP configuration, essential for CCTV systems and Foodics integration.
Hardware Management: Expert level in installing and configuring Routers, Switches, and Access Points (APs).

2. Specialized Systems (POS & Attendance)

Foodics System: * Expertise in Hardware Integration (connecting tablets to printers and networks).
Configuration of Thermal Printers and network-based printing.
Troubleshooting Sync Issues and managing Offline Mode operations.
Attendance Systems:
Installation and programming of biometric devices (Face Recognition, Fingerprint, and RFID Cards).
Integrating hardware with management software for automated report extraction.

3. Surveillance Systems (CCTV)

Comprehensive expertise in both modern and legacy surveillance technologies:

IP Cameras: Managing NVRs, network-based camera programming, and PoE (Power over Ethernet) technology.
Analog Cameras: Handling DVRs and professional cabling using Coaxial Cables.
Remote Access: Configuring Remote Monitoring for mobile viewing outside the local network.

4. Printing Solutions

Receipt Printers: Maintenance and driver installation for Point of Sale (POS) printers.
Kitchen Printers: Ensuring seamless order routing to kitchen displays/printers without interruption.
Office Printers: Troubleshooting and maintaining standard office printing equipment.
