Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, technically skilled, and proactive Technical Site Engineer / Project Coordinator to oversee the execution, coordination, and control of projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and contractual requirements. This role combines technical supervision with site coordination, ensuring smooth operations from planning through project completion while minimizing rework and maximizing labor productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Coordination & Project Management
- Coordinate and supervise daily site operations.
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
- Manage labor deployment according to project priorities and schedules.
- Track labor productivity and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor project KPIs and productivity performance.
- Organize site activities using effective planning and time management techniques.
- Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining quality standards.
Technical Supervision
- Supervise application methods and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, material specifications, contract requirements, and approved samples/mock-ups.
- Approve finishes before consultant inspections.
- Conduct quality inspections and establish quality checkpoints throughout execution.
- Resolve technical application and finishing issues.
- Analyze defects and implement systems to reduce rework.
- Ensure standard application procedures are consistently followed.
Documentation & Engineering
- Prepare and manage Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
- Maintain complete project documentation and records.
- Review AutoCAD drawings and extract project information.
- Perform quantity surveying and material quantity tracking.
- Coordinate material procurement and deliveries according to project schedules.
- Monitor material usage to minimize wastage.
- Ensure documentation supports for project progress for supporintg payment applications.
Quality Control
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Follow & Implement systematic quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and approved materials.
- Maintain high workmanship standards throughout project execution.
Labor & Performance Management
- Manage and supervise site workforce.
- Analyze labor performance and productivity.
- Optimize manpower allocation to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor attendance and daily productivity.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE site engineering experience.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Own vehicle is preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
- Site coordination
- Technical finishing works
- Decorative paints, coatings, and finishing systems
- Work Inspection Requests (WIRs)
- Quantity surveying
- Project planning and scheduling
- Labor productivity management
- Material coordination
- Quality control procedures
- Consultant coordination
 Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings.
 Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
 Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Work Location
Primary work location will be project sites across the UAE.
Head office attendance is required once per week for project review meetings, reporting, and coordination.
