We are looking for a Technical Service Delivery Manager (infra and network experience) with a service management experience to be part of our Qatar Team.
Total years of experience between 8 to 10 years.
Nationality:
Arabic preferred.
Package: Between 20,000 – 25,000 QR depending on experience; can go above budget depending on experience and qualification.
Accountabilities:
Handle and be responsible for IT Infrastructure related to assigned project/client.
Analyze Infrastructure Project requirements for clients and establish a service network.
Lead project team for client services for hardware and desktop support.
Responsible for Infrastructure Team for new business setups and Service Management.
Manage IT Support services through structured Service Management strategies.
Audit and monitor the Network Links as per SLAs.
Plan, design, and implement Disaster Recovery Centre.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Service Delivery Domain managing large teams.
Proven experience in Service Delivery Domain managing large teams (at least one large project) – Infrastructure – Active Directory – Exchange – Cisco.
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
Well-driven experience in OLA’s – SLA’s – Project Budgeting/Planning.
