ROLE PURPOSE
Controlling the violations posted to all company traffic files and assisting all fleet operations staff to achieve the most efficient organizational target and goals, by maintaining the vehicles always free of traffic fine through making the needed actions in cases of violations, requested for impound, within the timeline addressed by the company KPI’s
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
To be responsible for clearing all violations from the company traffic files (Local & Federal), which includes:
Downloading the fines, allocating on the responsible customer, notifying the customer about the violation’s details, request the required from customer for clearing the unpayable fines (documents of the rider to transfer the black points, Requesting the bike for impounding to clear the impoundment periods), paying the allocated fines, investigate the unallocated violation and dispute the suspected wrong fines, follow up the disputed fines until reimbursement.
To control the releasing dates of Impounded bikes and to maintain the End-to-end reports.
Coordinate, communicate and notify customer about confiscation bikes requested.
Segregates arrange the needed documents to clear pending violations.
Support the PRO’s with the needed documents to accomplish the assigned tasks.
Following up to issue the required NOC’s for stolen cases,
Maintain an accurate record for all stolen/missing bikes.
Support fleet with accurate information’s to ease of completing required transactions.
Covering the fleet staff during their absence and Sick/Emergency/Annual leaves
Preparing updated daily report on the done actions and the pending tasks, action to do with a timeline for accomplishment.
Support other team members into their duties, and any other related tasks if required by the line in charge.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
SKILLS/ TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
Must possess excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Maintained extremely organized systematically
Knowledgeable in traffic rules and policy for all emirates
Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
Excellent communicators of concise, accurate deadline-driven information
Computer and system proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
