Technical Sales Representative – Food Safety Diagnostic Solutions

Jeddah, covering the Western Coast of Saudi Arabia
Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our Food Safety Diagnostic Solution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our food safety testing solution to clients along the Western Coast of Saudi Arabia. The role will be based out of Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets.
– Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the food industry.
– Present and promote diagnostic solutions to clients.
– Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
– Negotiate contracts and close deals.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Educational
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
– Advanced degrees or certifications in food safety are a plus.
Required Skills:
– Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and testing methodologies.
– Proven sales experience in the food industry, preferably in a field setting.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills.
– Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a drive to achieve results.
– Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
General Requirements:
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (70% of the time).
– Fluent in English and Arabic.
– Valid driver’s license.
