About the role:

We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy Technical Sales Representative to join our client’s expanding team in Riyadh.
This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in driving sales by combining consultative sales techniques with strong product knowledge. You will be the bridge between innovative technology and the unique needs of the clients.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales & Consultative Selling

Analyze customer needs and recommend customized digital solutions aligned with their business goals.

Conduct product demonstrations (in-person and online), adapting content based on audience type (technical or non-technical).

2. Proposal & Solution Design

Create compelling proposals and ROI-driven presentations to secure buy-in from key stakeholders.

Collaborate with the product and technical teams to tailor solutions when needed.

3. Pipeline Development & Lead Generation

Research target segments and identify potential clients through outbound outreach and networking.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects to nurture long-term interest.

4. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for

upselling

or renewing their services.

5. Post-Sales Engagement & Client Success

Ensure a smooth onboarding and handoff to the implementation and support teams.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service contracts aligned with company policies.

6. Sales Target & Performance Tracking

Meet or exceed assigned

sales targets

and KPIs.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasting reports.

7. Market Intelligence

Track market trends and share insights to guide product strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

– 2–4 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in SaaS, Mar Tech, or digital solutions.

– Strong presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal

communication skills

.

– Confidence in explaining and positioning digital tools to both technical and non-technical clients.

– Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.

– Native Arabic speaker

– English language is a must.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

– Knowledge of the GCC market is a plus
