We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Technical Coordinator to support both office operations and site activities related to IT networking and ELV systems, including elevator communication and display solutions.
This role requires a balanced skillset—technical understanding, coordination ability, and strong documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations, delivery notes, purchase orders, and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Support LAN/networking tasks including basic troubleshooting of IP devices, switches, and connectivity
- Assist in handling IP intercom systems, ELV systems, and elevator display solutions
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, installations, and technician tasks
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting when required
- Maintain records, reports, and tracking using Excel and MS Office
- Follow up on materials, deliveries, and project timelines
- Assist in CMS/cloud-based system coordination (basic level)
